Who we are

After finishing his academic studies in order to gain a bachelor’s and master’s degree from American universities, Costas joins the company in 2014 and assumes the post of the Human Resources Manager / Business Development Manager. In 2018 he assumes the post of the General Manager.

Όντας ιδιοκτήτης τρίτης γενιάς, ο Κώστας εντάχθηκε ενεργά στον όμιλο το 2014. Διατέλεσε HR Manager και Business Development Manager μέχρι το 2018, όποτε και ανέλαβε την Γενική Διεύθυνση στις εταιρείες της Ελλάδας. Από το 2011 είναι εκτελεστικό μέλος του ΔΣ του Ομίλου. Είναι κάτοχος πρώτου πτυχίου (bachelor) χρηματοοικονομικών από το Bryant University στο Rhodes Island και Master’s in International Business από Πανεπιστήμιο Hult στο San Francisco.

Η Άντζυ έχει εμπειρία άνω των 20 ετών στη χρηματοοικονομική διοίκηση στους κλάδους Φαρμάκων, Τηλεπικοινωνιών και SAAS-Marketing Technology. Στον Όμιλό μας ανέλαβε το 2023 το ρόλο του Business Planning & Analysis Manager. Είναι κάτοχος B.Sc. in Business Administration (w. Distinction) / Major in Management with concentration in International Business από το Deree – The American College of Greece.

Angie has more than 20 years of experience in Financial Management in various sectors, such as Pharmaceuticals, Telecoms and SAAS-Marketing Technology. She joined CAP Group in 2023 as Business Planning & Analysis Manager. She holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration (w. Distinction) / Major in Management with concentration in International Business from Deree – The American College of Greece.

Dimitris is an executive with almost 20 years of experience in the market of cosmetics and para-pharmaceutical products. He has been with us since 2012 and is responsible for the Pharmacy Division. Prior to joining our company he had significant international experience in Sales & Marketing management positions. He holds an MBA from the University of Nottingham.

Ο Δημήτρης είναι ένα στέλεχος με σχεδόν 20 χρόνια εμπειρίας στην αγορά των καλλυντικών και παραφαρμευτικών προϊόντων. Είναι μαζί μας από το 2012 και έχει την ευθύνη του Κλάδου Υγείας & Ομορφιάς. Πριν ενταχθεί στην εταιρία είχε σημαντική διεθνή εμπειρία σε διευθυντικές θέσεις Πωλήσεων & Marketing. Είναι κάτοχος MBA από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Nottingham.

Konstantinos started his professional career in 2010 in the field of Retail and has served as Sales Manager and Training & Development Manager for Lidl Hellas. Since June 2017, he has been working for our Group, having taken over the position of Commercial Director of the Consumer Products Division. He is a graduate of the Department of Business Administration of the University of Patras.

Ο Κωνσταντίνος ξεκίνησε την επαγγελματική του σταδιοδρομία το 2010 στο χώρο του Λιανεμπορίου και έχει διατελέσει Προϊστάμενος Πωλήσεων και Υπεύθυνος Εκπαίδευσης & Ανάπτυξης για την Lidl Hellas. Από τον Ιούνιο του 2017 εργάζεται στον Όμιλο μας έχοντας αναλάβει υπεύθυνος του Καταναλωτικού Τμήματος Ελλάδος στην θέση του Εμπορικού Διευθυντή. Είναι πτυχιούχος του Τμήματος Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών.

Having 10 years of experience in the logistics market, Marina joined our Group in 2007 and entered the Medical Division. In 2015 she took over the position of Logistics Manager, with the main task of organizing and supervising all the functions of the supply chain from the storage of products to their transportation and distribution. She is a graduate of the Department of Political Science & Public Administration, majoring in International and European Studies at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Η Μαρίνα με 10 χρόνια εμπειρίας στα logistics, εντάχθηκε στον Όμιλο μας το 2007 στον Ιατρικό Κλάδο. Το 2015 ανέλαβε τη θέση Logistics Manager, με βασικό της καθήκον την οργάνωση και επίβλεψη όλων των λειτουργιών της εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας από την αποθήκευση των προϊόντων μέχρι την μεταφορά και διανομή τους. Είναι πτυχιούχος του τμήματος Πολιτικής Επιστήμης & Δημόσιας Διοίκησης, με κατεύθυνση Διεθνών και Ευρωπαϊκών Σπουδών του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών.

Efi has been providing accounting services to technology and food companies since 2012. She started off in our Group in 2016 as an administrator and rotated through positions in the Commercial departments, until 2018 when she took over the Human Resources Department. She holds a degree in “Agricultural Economics and Development” from the Agricultural University of Athens and an MBA in Food & Agribusiness, from the same University, which she completed with a scholarship.

Η Έφη από το 2012 εργάστηκε παρέχοντας λογιστικές υπηρεσίες σε εταιρείες τεχνολογίας και τροφίμων. Στον Όμιλό μας ξεκίνησε το 2016 ως Administrator και στην συνέχεια ανέλαβε θέσεις και στα εμπορικά τμήματα της εταιρείας, μέχρι το 2018 που ανέλαβε την Διεύθυνση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού στην Ελλάδα. Είναι κάτοχος πτυχίου “Αγροτικής Οικονομίας και Ανάπτυξης” του Γεωπονικού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και κάτοχος MBA Food & Agribusiness, από το ίδιο Πανεπιστήμιο, το οποίο ολοκλήρωσε με υποτροφία.
