CPO Cyprus was founded in Nicosia, Cyprus in 1928 and operated for many years as C.A. Papaellinas & Co. under the name of its founder, Costas A. Papaellinas.
In 1952 it was renamed Cyprus Pharmaceutical Organization (CPO Cyprus) which is presently the largest subsidiary of the CPO Group. CPO Cyprus has grown to be amongst the 20 largest trading firms in Cyprus.
The company is active as an importer, distributor and exclusive agent for a wide variety of companies and products in the fields of Health, Beauty, Personal Care and Food.
The products range from mass market and pharmaceutical products to specialized medical instruments and hospital equipment.
